The family behind the work.

A lifelong Idahoan with deep family roots in the state, Brock brings more than 25 years of HVAC experience to Eagle Heating & Air. His family has called Idaho home for generations, with family ties dating back to the founding of Midvale, ID. Brock reviews every new-equipment estimate and takes pride in standing behind the work our customers receive.

When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Brock outdoors hunting, fishing, riding his side-by-side, or spending time with his family.

Dawn moved around throughout her childhood as part of an Air Force family before settling in Idaho, where she met Brock in high school and made Idaho home. A proud Boise State University graduate, she oversees the day-to-day operations at Eagle Heating & Air and works to make sure customers receive clear communication, honest answers, and dependable service from start to finish.

Outside of work, Dawn loves traveling, reading, spending time with her family, and pretty much anything that puts her near the water.

Born and raised in Idaho, Michael is Brock and Dawn’s oldest son and a key part of the Eagle Heating & Air team. He works closely with Brock in the field, bringing skilled workmanship and continuing the family standard for honest, dependable service.

Michael grew up around the HVAC trade and loves that he gets to work alongside his family. Outside of work, he enjoys paddleboarding, the outdoors, music, and art.

Jackson supports our journeymen in the field while continuing to learn the HVAC trade and Eagle Heating & Air’s standards for quality workmanship and customer care.

A true outdoorsman, Jackson especially enjoys hunting and fishing when he’s not working. He brings that same hands-on attitude to the job while gaining experience alongside our journeymen.

With a background in commercial construction and estimating, Skylar brings valuable experience to both the field and office sides of Eagle Heating & Air. He assists with estimating, administrative work, shop operations, and wherever else the team needs an extra hand.

Outside of work, Skylar and his wife enjoy traveling and performing circus arts, bringing a little extra adventure and creativity to the Eagle Heating & Air family.
